I have known Nancy Frisch since 2010, when she consulted with my company as an
executive coach. Nancy has influenced my executive career greatly, so it is with great
pleasure that I write this reference letter.
On my desk, next to my computer screen, there is a single sticky note with a quote
written on it. The quote was one of Nancy’s final recommendations to me. I look at it
often and remind myself of the changes I should make in my behavior. This simple note
has significantly improved my leadership.
Nancy is a very personable and compassionate coach. Her care and sincerity allows
her to quickly brake through any barriers that may exist, leading to conversations that
are comfortable, honest, and to the point. Nancy has a knack for gathering valuable
information about the company and its culture, as well as the strengths and weaknesses
of the individuals. Most importantly, she has almost an uncanny ability to use the
information that she gathers to offer simple, yet very effective areas for improvement.
Nancy and I have stayed in touch since the completion of her contract and with
compassion and amazing intuition. Nancy continues to help me grow. I would
confidently recommend Nancy for any executive coaching opportunities. Any individual,
