I have had the pleasure of working with Nancy in the technology space, during her tenure as an Executive Coach, Team Builder and
Trainer. Nancy uses innovative approaches for breaking down silos and bridging gaps that exist in a large organization. In order to drive organization change and enhanced performance, the use of a case study method proved very effective as planned and executed by Nancy. In one example, this method was successfully employed for a large global customer operations organization deployed over many geographical regions and cultures. The case studies were generated and presented by the conference participants in cross functional teams. Each group presented the case, sought feedback from the larger audience and then presented their findings. Nancy connects with people, facilitates difficult organizational challenges and has demonstrated ability to deliver the goods when it comes to enhancing an organizations overall performance. I unconditionally recommend Nancy to any organization that is driving change, team building, as well as fulfilling training needs, within a given organization and more importantly across functional organizations from top to bottom.
